The Assistant Director is a key member of the Countrywide Auto Product Team within Personal Insurance. This position is responsible for understanding everything that impacts top and bottom line results, research and analysis of root causes, identifying opportunities and enhancements that will improve performance/results, and sharing conclusions and recommendations with leadership.
Administers commission/incentive award payments to sales personnel based on commission plan provisions. Performs staff support activities needed for the development, implementation, communication and administration of sales commission or incentive programs, plans, policies and quotas. Reviews commission payment reports for accuracy and completeness. Able to verify and follow through, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of commission payments as outlined in the plan. Resolves reconciliation issues.
The Finance Manager will help execute and scale core financial processes, reviewing and analyzing key results for monthly forecasts and budgeting. Responsibilities include owning and improving monthly forecasts, assisting in long-range planning, building dynamic financial models, and monitoring key performance indicators. The role involves communicating financial results and providing ad hoc analysis to support decision-making.
This position will help structure profitable and compliant transactions that address the needs of a diverse set of internal corporate customers, maximize Outreach revenue, and increase the effectiveness and productivity of our sales success teams.
